The format
One episode per week, 30–60 minutes of substance, no sponsor filler. The format is conversational: Jonas talks with a single guest about a concrete operational topic — never abstractions. Most guests are senior practitioners (C-Level, head-of, or operator), seldom consultants. Each episode also has a written companion piece on the blog with three key takeaways and Jonas's personal take.
For English-speaking listeners
The podcast is in German. If you read German, the full archive of 317+ episodes is at mydata.podigee.io or via Spotify and Apple Podcasts. If you don't speak German, the most useful entry points for you are:
- The blog — every episode has a written summary at /blog, which is much easier to translate via browser tools than audio.
- Episodes with English-speaking guests — a small subset of episodes feature international guests who speak English; these episodes contain English passages.
- The Springer books — particularly The Data-driven Organization (2023) is published in English and covers a substantial portion of the podcast's organizational themes.
