What I do
I run data and digital strategy in a real organization Monday through Friday — and translate the lessons into books, podcast episodes, keynotes, and consulting sparring. The combination keeps me from drifting into theory: every framework on stage has been tested against real budgets, real politics, and real stakeholders.
Eight Springer books

The MDIBTY podcast
I host MY DATA IS BETTER THAN YOURS (MDIBTY) since 2020 — a weekly German-language podcast with over 317 episodes. Guests are primarily CDOs, heads of data, data scientists, and AI practitioners from German mid-market and DAX corporations. The format is 30–60 minutes, always with substance, never with sponsor filler. Each episode also has a written companion piece on the blog.

Background
Over a decade of operational experience in data and marketing roles in mid-market and corporate environments (past stations include Douglas, FALKE, Funke). Lecturer at DHBW (Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg). Native-level German and English; international keynotes in both languages.
